Background:
Kansas City One Roof is a cross-sector family supportive housing partnership that includes the Housing Authority of Kansas City, the Missouri Department of Social Services, Children’s Division, the local Continuum of Care, and Guardians Ad Litem, along with several healthcare, supportive service providers, and contracted foster care case management providers.
Impact:
The partners implemented supportive housing aligned with CSH’s Keeping Families Together model using 55 FUP vouchers for families as a housing subsidy paired with the multi-agency supportive services to serve families with multiple at-risk characteristics, including histories of involvement with the justice system.
